About the Event

The five-day challenge is back! The Loving nature 5-day challenges have been so popular, I’m runningone again to help us all get into the habit of daily time in nature.

From Saturday March 26th to Wednesday March 30th, I’m offering a complimentary five-day challenge to deepen your connection with nature   *Please scroll down for details of how to join*

So many of us have recognised the immense benefits of nature connection during the pandemic, going out for regular walks and/or spending more time in our gardens.

And an even deeper, closer connection with nature is possible, with a few simple daily practices.

Drawing on practices from the ‘30-Days of Loving Nature’ programme, this five-day challenge is designed to boost your connection with nature as we transition from winter into spring at the coming equinox.

You may be surprised to learn that it's perfectly possible to connect deeply with nature while indoors. I’ll encourage participants to go outside if you possibly can during the five days, but there’ll be indoor alternatives for folks who live in apartments, those who are shielding or isolating, or for whatever reason can’t easily go outside

How will it work?

Starting on March 26th, you’ll receive an email each day for five days, with a simple nature connection practice.You'll also be invited to join an optional support forum on Facebook, where you can post each day to share your reflections or insights, in words or photos, with others who are also taking part in the challenge.

Once the challenge has completed, your membership of the Facebook community may continue, if you wish to share how your connection with nature is unfolding during the spring.  You’ll belong to a nature-loving community, where holding yourself accountable is a great way to maintain your nature-connection practice.

For those who complete the five-day challenge and would like more, there will be a 50% discount offer on the full ‘30-Days of Loving Nature Programme’ if you sign up by Easter Monday, April 18th.

Then check your inbox (and your spam folder if nothing turns up) on Saturday 26th March. The challenge will only take half an hour or so of your time each day to do the practice and share in the community.
