Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice, if you possibly can. If it's a paid service, I may not be able to refund you unless I can fill your place at short notice. But, I can offer you a credit if you wish to reschedule. Thank you for understanding.
